A Day at the Hatchery!

We were recently invited by some mutual friends, Greg & Melina, to visit the National Hatchery in Warm Springs, GA. Greg is a biologist/geneticist - and works there.

Chloe, along with my daughter and some other friends, had a blast seeing all the fish, alligators, snapping turtles, crayfish, and newts. Also, there were arts & crafts. Diane was so helpful and patient with the kids. It was just like watching them at Montessori.

If you are in the area - it is definitely a great trip (and free to boot!). There are also nature trails, and a great place for picnicking.
